Terms of Service
Placeholder text. Real legal terms will replace this before public launch.
1. About this document
This is placeholder content for Farkesh's Terms of Service. It exists so the page structure is in place; it is not a legally binding document yet.
2. What will go here
The final Terms of Service will cover platform use, listing and booking conduct, provider and consumer obligations, payments, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
3. Age
Farkesh is for adults. You must be 18 or over to open an account, publish a listing, or make a booking. Arranging work that involves anyone under 18 is not supported here — that has to happen directly, with a guardian. This rule is not a placeholder and applies now.
