This is placeholder content for Farkesh's Privacy Policy. It exists so the page structure is in place; it is not a final data-handling policy yet.
2. What will go here
The final Privacy Policy will explain what data Farkesh collects, how it's used and stored, and the rights users have over their own data, in line with applicable data protection law.
3. Your data, today
Two of those rights are already built and are not waiting on the final policy. From Your account you can download everything Farkesh holds about you as a file, and you can delete your account. Deleting erases your name, phone number, city, photo and email address, and takes your listings down. Bookings and payments remain, without your details attached: they are the other party's record of a shoot they paid for, and the record we are required to keep for tax. Farkesh sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in, and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
